Here is my experience so far with Energy Dancing.

In the first track (after the introduction) I worked on a shield I
recently became aware of. It was a shield behind my neck and
shoulders, and it seemed to be something like the upper part of an
old-fashioned lazy chair. Not an easy place to work on it myself, as
I still find it easier to work with my physical hands instead of my
ghost hands.

During the track the strangest thing happenend. Usually when I
desolve a shield I start at the 'outside' of it. But now it started
from the 'inside'. And the ghosthands worked fine now. It desolved
rather quickly. Now I'm still not sure if it has gone completely,
because there still seems to be an awareness of the shield with me,
but if it hasn't it surely has gone thinner at least.

In the second track I called upon the oceans of energy to flow right
through me. I saw it like all the colors that were on the conference
manual from last April. It went really slowly in at the top of my
head, and worked it's way down in a fashion I can only describe like
the way lava flows if you see that on tv. Slowly and thick and it
seemed to dissolve all kinds of stuck debris that gathered in my
energysystem over the years. It was not easy going, but I felt
intensely cleansed afterwards.

I guess the intensity of both experiences was the reason I stopped
after two tracks.

I will do some more this afternoon.
