Don't apologise Katie, Energy Dancing IS mind blowing and very very
exciting!
My favourite at the moment is Snake Dance, I had something just
slither away this morning and felt so much lighter, and almost
sexier, afterwards, was amazing.
The dances have lightened and brightened my energy system in a unique
way, it's like things are shaking loose after years, things I never
even knew were a problem and that needed any attention and since I
first started listening to the tracks I can't stop moving and it
takes a LOT to get me off the couch.
To feel the energies moving like they do while you're Energy Dancing
is extraordinary and once you get a taste for it you don't want to
stop moving!
Yes it's going to last.
Yes you can do it again and again.
And again and again...
