Hi...yes, and I was listening to a radio programme about providing supprot for
couples when the wife had cervical cancer, and the depression and infertility
emotional issues that kicked in 6 months later. The form of support they were
setting up was a leaflet to the husbands just to let them know what to expect
why they their wife was still feeling so bad 6-12m later, so they were better
able to understand and support their wives !!!
If only they knew.... guys..... you gotta get out there and spread the word !!!
People dont have to suffer the way they are doing. We have to talk to people in
influential places, so we can help to introduce new interventions and real
support for people.... that works !!
Folks we have real tools to help people that really work. Its up to us, no one
else, to go out that and share this with others if we want things to change for
the better around us. There's so much to be done. You really can make a
difference in people's lives with EmoTrance and EFT..... so if you're still
keeping it a secret to yourself ..... ask yourself why....?..... and soften and
flow til you can join in the work of facilitating more healing and happiness in
the world around you.
Sandra.... stepping off her soap box !!!! lol

I came across an advice column in the newspaper earlier which suggested
that somone's symptoms were related to "pent up emotions".
It got me thinking how much easier and more helpful it is to think of
pent up energies instead.
Emotions, how do you deal with those? How do you release those? Pillow
biting? Floods of tears? Anger outbursts at the nearest and dearest?
