With the news reports from the London bombings in the background, it is
easy to feel disturbed and helpless when these things happen.

Sending a prayer is a wonderful thing, but there's also distant healing;
in the case of a general or global problem or catastrophe this is very
much a quantum spaces endeavour.

Using EmoTrance, we would use the Shamanic approach of taking the
problem on ourselves and then resolving it within ourselves, giving
bright energy to those affected as the end result.

Tuning into the current news reports, I came up with the following.

1. Shock.

It was an ordinary day after all, or meant to be, and then these events
happened and the first response is shock.

Where do I feel this shock in my body?

2. Shock Upon Shock

There were more than one impact site and as the news of new impact sites
unfolded, shock upon shock was added.

Where do I feel these shockwaves in my body?

3. Fear

Are there going to be more bombs? Are we safe going about our business?

Where do I feel this fear/uncertainty in my body?

4. Compassion 1

There are people right now, dying or in pain from their injuries.

Where do I feel those people in my body?

5. Compassion 2

There are people right now, terrified of not knowing what happened to
their relatives and frantic with worry.

Where do I feel those people in my body?

6. Compassion 3

There are people right now and will be in the future, who will have lost
loved ones or whose lives were changed irredeemably by these events.

Where do I feel those people in my body?

7. Retribution

This is the anger and non-comprehension at those who did this.

Where do I feel that in my body?


Following this, we can send energy of support, innocent energy of
clarity and unconditional healing to the entire erea in space and time
where these events took place.

Because these energies then come from a place of EVEN FLOW relating to
these incidents, they are very powerful and beneficial - a clear,
aligned frequency that will nourish and help the spirits of those who
are directly involved.
