Use the Cell flat side on your brow chakra, with the energy flowing in.

Drawing energy out of an area by placing the rounded side to the body
is used for fairly specialist applications when there is stagnant or
excess energy in an area, for something like a migraine.

Even so they never suck energy out to the point of depleting an area,
there is always a flow through the body because of the portal effect of
the Cells. When I have been using the Cells this way I always turn them
back round and give a short burst of energy in before finishing.

I suggested the Hypnodreams because they have helped a lot of people
who were reticent about using hypnosis, and letting go, get used to
