Thanks for the reply.. I will definitely follow your advice..

I have 2 questions though:

1) When placing the cell on the brow chakra, do you place it so that
it's sucking energy into the brow or sucking it from the brow? (to put
it poorly :)

2) Would this energy cleansing for hypnosis work equally well if I
were to use a tape that was especially crafted for me and my problems
by a hypnotist (instead of the HypnoDreams CD, that is)?
