It should be against the law and they should be held accountable and
SUED.  Both the company and the people who are harrassing you.
Carrying a concelled tape recorder, you can find them cheap.
And let them know you got one It will stop.
Tell them I have a tape recorder on me and everything you say to me is
being recorded.
And check with the laws you may not even HAVE TO TELL them at all that
you do have it.
I wished I had one at this time, that I was being harrassed.
I would now OWN the company and the person who assulted, and threaten
me would be behind bars.

I wished now I carried a tape recorder so that the people at the
Amethyst Gardens in Peoria AZ would of done something about it maybe
they would have but, to me they did not care.
The verball assults and the emotional abuse I took from Tony, are
still effecting me today.
Especially the treat I wish I had that on tape, He would of been
arrested and prosectuted.  He would be behind bars.
I am still in the process of filing more complaints, I am writing a
letter, to the US suprem courts about this.
The laws need to be changed, and p[eople need to be SUE as well as the
people who close there eyes and let this happen, as well as the companys.

Men who verbally assult women in the workplace or at home have some
real issues.
It is against the law to verbally assult or harrass or threaten
anyone, outside the workplace or inside.
I was a victum of a verbal assult, at my last job Amethsyt Gardens in
Peoria AZ.  I was also threaten by the person who was in chage in the
kitchen, Tony was always saying stuff, then he went to the point of
threatening me, told me to shut my F mouth or he would shut it for me.
I went to adminstrator Ellen and NOTHING was done she believed him
over me, of course he deined it.
Then I also told the dietary manager, Sandy she told me he was trained
to do it that way.
2 weeks later I WAS fired.  I went a filed a complaint to the district
office and NOTHING was done.
Tony is a very abusive person.  At least to me he was.
He thought he was this big person, ordering people around like he was
so much better than anyone and that no one could touch him, he
basically did and said WHAT he wanted to.
And no one did nothing about it.
They let him do whatever he wanted to and it was okay by Sandy.
I am the victum and now I will file as many complaints against the
Amethyst Gardens, in Peoria AZ as I possibly can.
