I am currently going through a really tough time at work. I have only been there
two months and my co-workers, including the lead, are trying to get me fired. I
am a very competent employee, haven't missed a day, and don't understand what is
going on. I have NEVER had any major problems with co-workers before and don't
understand why they don't like me. I have continued to be courteous and
respectful, in spite of their whisperings and blatant public humiliation. My
manager is aware of the situation, but nothing has changed-- it only gets worse.
Any ideas or similar experiences?
