Men who verbally assult women in the workplace or at home have some
real issues.
It is against the law to verbally assult or harrass or threaten
anyone, outside the workplace or inside.
I was a victum of a verbal assult, at my last job Amethsyt Gardens in
Peoria AZ. I was also threaten by the person who was in chage in the
kitchen, Tony was always saying stuff, then he went to the point of
threatening me, told me to shut my F mouth or he would shut it for me.
I went to adminstrator Ellen and NOTHING was done she believed him
over me, of course he deined it.
Then I also told the dietary manager, Sandy she told me he was trained
to do it that way.
2 weeks later I WAS fired. I went a filed a complaint to the district
office and NOTHING was done.
Tony is a very abusive person. At least to me he was.
He thought he was this big person, ordering people around like he was
so much better than anyone and that no one could touch him, he
basically did and said WHAT he wanted to.
And no one did nothing about it.
They let him do whatever he wanted to and it was okay by Sandy.
I am the victum and now I will file as many complaints against the
Amethyst Gardens, in Peoria AZ as I possibly can.
