The first thing to do is to recongnize your adversaries, and be on the
lookout. If you cant engage them in normal work related conversations slowly
leading to the fact that you are new to this organization because you left
another
when co workers attitudes became intolerable and unacceptbale. You are
determined not to let that happen again and then stick to your guns. At the
first sign
ot moronic, disrespectful, intollerable behaviors the bully/mobbers need to
be told YOU are not tolerating their attitudes and it will cease and desist.
I have found by ending up in this situation MANY times more then I bcare to
count that if you dont let obnoxios people know from the get go and you allow
them to behave uncivally for any length of time then the "monster" has become
inbedded and you are a constant snack.
