this summer, I was fired from my job for "overreacting" to an
abusive male supervisor. The upper management actually santioned
and rewarded this man's behavior. When I filed for unemployment,
the they hired a lawyer and paid him more money than they were
trying to prevent me from getting. He tried to present me as a
mentally unstable woman who "imagined" the abuse. It actually got
amusing going toe-to-toe with this dufus lawyer. I beat thier butts
three times. Also I filed a complaint with the EEO and the AWD.
Undoubtedly, this male supervisor has another target now that I am
gone. I want it on record to make it easier for the next woman.
My goal right now is to find a way to become completely self
employed. I am tired of bullies, and bad management.
