Hi

I have mixed emotions finding this forum. Happy that there is a forum
that one can discuss such issues. Sad that this type of abuse happens
so often.

Being new here, I'll keep it short.

My wife is expierencing emotional abuse in the workplace and I feel
powerless.

As a spouse/husband, how can I be more supportive without adding to
her frustrations.
What can I do or say? Besides just listening.

Something I read in another forum made so much sense... "Women who
have been abused DO overreact when they perceive they are being abused
again - this is a form of protection based on what has happened in
the past"

I'm sure most of you have heard or have been called 'too emotional'
in the workplace ?

Thanks in advance
