illegality of emotional abuse depends on the country laws.To illustrate ,in my
country it is illegal only for one year,including expecially sexual abuse;
without any evidence you cannot proof if that is a "abuse" or not.for physcihal
abuse ;again injured person have to offer proof for the "abuse".according to me
you were exposed to a "psychological abuse",and you sholud search in your
country whether it is legal or illegal,you may ask a lawyer to help you.but ý
think you will have to need some official evidence,it might be an offcial report
to present to law court.
