-HI Sorry it took so long to get back to you. I'm in Pennnsylvania. I
just had my second hearing on 2/2 Company asked for a 90 day
extension at first hearing(11/14/03) so that I could see their
doctor. They didn't schedule an appt until Jan 29, hearing was on 2/2
so of course they didn't have his report yet. Hearing is postponed
again. I have contacted lawyers concerning a negligence case, but
honestly, I just want my workers comp. I have called every govt.
organization I could think of just so I could file a complaint, but
no one handles this type of situation. Every tells me to hire a
lawyer.
