Dear EMNAPNAP members,

In order to more effectively manage our chapter, we have decided to utilize an
online group management site called Groupspaces. GroupSpaces provides simple,
powerful online tools to help real-world groups manage themselves online. Our
chapter has grown over the last year since National started managing local
chapter dues. We have over 300 National members who have designated their local
chapter as EMNAPNAP(soon to be MassNAPNAP)! Therefore, we need a more effective
way to communicate with members from Eastern and Western Mass.

Effective today, you will no longer be receiving emails from Yahoogroups. Your
email address will automatically be transferred to Groupspaces. If you are a
National member and have kept your email address updated with National, then you
are already subscribed to Groupspaces. You will be or already have received a
welcome message from Groupspaces that explains the functions of the service.

To gain access to all of our chapter's web features you can create a web account
at Groupspaces. I suggest that you create an account to gain access to our
chapter's email archive, files, calendar, newsletters, etc. When you enter your
email address at groupspaces.com, it will automatically recognize that you are a
member of MassNAPNAP. Groupspaces allows you to link to your facebook/twitter
account, import events into your outlook/google calendar, link additional
emails, and pay for events such as conferences via Paypal. It is a valuabe tool
that will help you to stay connected to MassNAPNAP!
