I am working in a private practice in New Bedford and am looking for a
new job in Rhode Island where I live. Presently I am making $34 an
hour a new job I am looking at is about $ 36 an hour. I know you have
to look at all the benefits besides pay but what range are most people
making either hourly or salary? Also has anyone signed a contract with
there employer? Do most practices pay for your malpractice?

please do. Especially about negotiating the salary.
