and of course let's not forget the difference in meds for peds and adult. both
cold code carts but for ped dosing is different as well as intubation tray

and its a "CRASH cart" where i live. the meds are things for codes like
epinephrine, amiodarone, sodium bicarb, D50, lidocaine, mag sulfate,
procainamide, atropine, etc... there is also a drawer with intubation equipment,
on top would be the defibrillator/monitor, side is oxygen and suction. in back
of the cart is usually a small hard board to put under a pts back to do cpr. the
carts should pretty much be uniform - and have basically the same equipment.
we talking about the same cart? hope this helps.
