Hello-



My name is Shannon Holt, Clinical Consultant to CareerOrbit, a
consulting firm based in the northeast. I'm reaching out on
behalf of a couple of Colorado facilities we work with. One is an
established and growing community hospital I work with in the Denver
area. It's a brand new, state of the art facility, offering good
nurse-patient ratios and manageable overall volume/acuity. Especially
notable is that this is one of the first hospitals in the U.S. to run
all clinical and data applications together with Wi-Fi on the same
broadband infrastructure. This frees up the nursing staff to truly
provide patient care the way it was meant to be and provides real-time
access to patient information anytime/anywhere in the building. The
hospital also runs wireless patient monitoring, enhanced nurse-call
communication with uninterrupted paging, and real-time accessible PDA
and cellular service.



We are looking for med/surg, ICU, ED, Certified Nurse Midwife, and OB
staff. The facility runs eight and twelve hour shifts.



We are offering $7500 relocation for out of state candidates and $3500
for in-state. The hospital is located in an affordable suburb of Denver.



At our Four Corners location, we are looking for OB, critical care, ED
and floor nurses for our Level III trauma center/240 acute care bed
hospital serving Farmington, New Mexico (about an hour south of Durango,
CO) and the entire Four Corners region.



This facility offers:



* Market driven competitive pay scales
* Shift differentials – 15% evening; 25% night
* Pay premiums for charge nurse, floating and extra shifts
* Clinical ladder with opportunity to receive 3%, 5% or 7% pay over
base scale utilizing clinical, education and leadership criteria
* "Standby call" pay - $2.75/hour
* We pay for experience
* Sign-on-Bonus for clinicians
* Longevity bonus for staff with more than 20 years experience
