How does this work? Do we need to have the funds to pay for our own needs
during the trip? (food, lodging and other) Is this supplied by you? What
should we expect to supply for ourselves? How long would we be gone and what
would the exact dates be?

I have never done anything like this before, so I have no idea how it all
works. Any information you can supply would be welcome. I am an EMT working
full time in an ED.

I am concerned also with the weather in Honduras, as I expect most of the time
we will be outdoors. I do not do well in the heat. Since this trip is in
February, I don't expect that to be a problem, but I thought I would raise the
question. Also, how important is physical fitness of your volunteers?
