dear debie,

before starting in trauma just ask your self first some
questions...are you interisted or you just like to work in e.r,can
you work with grace under preasure?,,,in trauma too many people like
to work,many are called but few are choosen.what i mean is the desire
should come with in our blood the interist should come with in us
not,if all this present then your ready to go.ive been with e.r for 3
years now thanx god the flame to work still there and the desire is
still alive.
