This is a rare opportunity for an experienced RN Director of Emergency
Services at a financially stable institution with a standard for excellence in
quality patient care and efficiency.

The Director reports to the Chief Nursing Officer and is accountable for all
activities related to the 24 -hour clinical and administrative management in the
Emergency Department and has the responsibility for quality improvement,
efficient and effective use of resources and compliance with regulations
pertinent to the Emergency area.


REQUIREMENTS
FL RN Licensure
Current CPR
ACLS Certification within 6 months
5 years of previous acute-care management experience
4 years of ER experience is a MUST
BSN required, MSN preferred
