an ecp is an emergancy care practitioner in Sheffield they are nurses or
paramedics who work out in the community I think they support the A and E as
they are helping to reduce inappropiate attenders they can also liase with
gp surgeries i believe they deal with minor illnesses as well as minor
injuries hope this is of some help
