Martyn I can understand this issue, there have been issues in MH about
this-I am now outside NHS working in vol sector in conjunction with NHS (I work
with NHS patients in acute sector in community) as when I saw my G grade
which was actually 'I' grade work not changing under banding I thought not
putting up with it.
There surely must be many nurses out there in UK who are on grades which
differ from job specs nationally?
