i am currently undertaking a small research project in accordence to
the patient directive NOF in one of the proposals from last years
audit it was found that patients where not given pain relief as quick
as was liked. in one of the new proposals of the audit we as a team
was looking into nurses giving IV morhpine (those who are IV trained
anyhow) do any off u already have this in your department and if so
what protocols are insitu for the nurse giving morphine. i would be
grateful of any help in setting up a protocol for this to present to
our A&E team thank you x
