Since we have touched upon the subject of diabetes I'd like to convey a
little factoid I discovered.
I have been labeled with fibromyalgia...also recently diabetic type 2.
During testing and some rifing experiments I discovered that
different locations will yield different reading results. I don't know
whether this is normal but I've not heard nor read of this
situation before. I for one always rotated test sites to avoid continuous
pain in the same site but each finger or site can yield as much as 30 points
different. That may be indicative of my fibro health situation but others
might want to try there own
testing variances At the same time between their arm and two predominant
testing fingers.

Kathelee: Let us know how you do on the fast. I don't make my clients fast at
all despite purported benefits. They get well anyway :) so don't worry about
changing to something more healthy.
Look into undenatured whey; it's the most important food you could eat for its
glutathione support and it's generally well tolerated, especially the purer
isolates.
You can restore bowel ecology in 1-3 months ballpark also by supplementing the
missing 15 grams of inulin, which has been used for 5,000 years for bowel
issues.

Thank You, I will try the whey tomarrow. I didn't stick to the fast anyway.
:((
I find I don't have much appatite anyway and am eating salads, grains,
ezikiel bread
one slice and ezikiel pita and dehydrated vegitables for munchies.
I feel better with less and will add on the whey cod liver oil
and hopefully flush this weekend. I wanted to do that years
ago but didn't now I will try it
I drank warm expons salts and felt better will mix
with oil and lemon. The article makes sense.

Kathelee, a serving of undenatured whey is about 35 grams give or take. About 90
capsules daily divided into two doses. It's better to just make a shake with it;
it tastes good.

Kathelee, how can you tell t he nostrum is great if you don't know if it's
helping at all?
I'd suggest epsom salts, oil and lemon juice liver flushes first, but self-help
is one's own responsibility ;)
