Now this really is bold because I really am sending my thoughts of great
love.

Thank you all for your notes and letters, I unplugged the computer and while
Dougie was on the pottie I read him every message..I was crying reading
everyone's names and knowing that you all are alive and well as can be with
this EDS crap. :)
Things are falling into place on a daily basis, we know now that all this
craziness has brought us to the best and most advanced doctors in the world.
If this would have happened in the United States we would have to fly
doctors in, but here in Israel(a very small country) we found the best!!! A
robot is part of the team and Dougs grandson Nik is delighted with this, he
wants pictures.

The doctor said it was an "UGLY" tumor, so as we pray and visualize we are
thinking of it as a "BEAUTIFUL" tumor. This is the grandchildren's way of
letting LOVE in to "grandpa's" head. :)

We are surround by wonderful people, we are in the land of MIRACLES as I am
reminded by everyone daily...The Hebrew people are incredible, I have
learned that they may be prickly on the outside(the Sabra cactus) but as
sweet as candy inside.

Doug's only concern is that we are back in the U.S. building the EDS TODAY
RETREAT....all he worries about is taking care of others that are sick...I
told him that we should call that Ty Pennington guy to build it for us so we
do not have to watch Doug smash his fingers!! He is a klutz!! But we are
both to proud to ask for anything from anyone....it is our nature. Maybe
that will fall to the side after all this is over....I do not know the
reason....I just know we are not alone. Thank you all for your love and
prayers. It is like love through the airwaves, we are so much stronger
because of them

Doug lost his sight already in the Left Eye because the tumor ate it. So, he
wants to do everything alone, as we walk I am trying to get him to use my
cane...and you have never seen such stubbornness...I thought I was bad. hee
hee hee

His company has been amazing, they are from Germany. They wrote out a check
for the procedure, what are the chances of United States getting action like
that!!! Socialized medicine!!! WHAT A BRILLIANT IDEA PEOPLE...:)

Keep thinking good thoughts. On the 4th of july doug will be in the
operation room, talk about INDEPENDENCE...it is in the non-dominant part of
the brain...now as you all know especially the medical staff of the CEDA
sites and EDSer's site...this is great news. He will not lose his motor
skills .....I will call Cathy Bowen, or Barbie and let you all know what has
happened...so you can all breathe also...so, look at all those beautiful
fireworks and think of LIFE.

Thank you all for your love and your names are as if you are all sitting
next to us.
