A disability can be proven by a letter from a doctor. If your child has a
diagnosis of EDS, the doctor can write a letter stating the diagnosis for
the scholarship application.
There are also lots of other scholarships available that are not based on
disability. The fastweb website asks a lot of questions about hobbies,
interests, activities, etc. that will help them determine which other
scholarships she may qualify for.
