Thank you so much for the info. I'm not sure what type of EDS my two sons and I
have. My youngest was tested because of his enlarged aorta. The tests they did
came back negative but the genetics is sure he has EDS. My dad and two of his
brothers and his mom all died of ruptured aneurisms between 38 and 42 years of
age. When my dad died the doc. told my mom my dad had eds. All I know is the 3
of us have very loose joints and easily bruised and take a little longer to
heal, plus very flexible. That and the aneurisms. It's a little comforting to
know that eds patients can have surgery. I'm not sure what they will be doing
to me yet. Thanks again for the info!

lifts, etc as well as financial assistance programs for vehicle
modifications.
* Adaptive equipment to make driving comfortable for people with EDS, such
as steering wheel covers, lumbar pillows, etc.
* Tips and tricks for avoiding pain on long road trips.
* Driving with braces, any special considerations for people who wear
braces that might interfere with driving.
Your personal stories and experiences are welcome and encouraged. EDS Today
is the newsletter FOR, BY, and ABOUT people with EDS, which means that it is
YOUR newsletter.
