I have found out that I am going to need surgery on my back in the
near future. I am nervous about it. My Dad didn't survive his
surgery 20+ years ago. I'm new with knowledge on EDS. So any info
would be great!

Hi Grace I had back surgery 2 years ago to correct my scoliosis. I had 2, 17 inch rods put in my spine. I have an unknown type of EDS I have had many Dr's...
