Hi Joe,
Here is Edgar Cayce's perspective on hypothyroidism:
http://www.edgarcayce.org/health/database/chdata/data/prhypo3.html
I used to use Atomidine as my source of iodine. Curently, I use a product called
Modifilan, because it not only supplies iodine but also helps remove from the
body heavy metals like lead and mercury. For more information, visit

Thanks for your email. I am having what I call light headed spells
and at the same time my doctor is telling me he thinks I am anemic.
I am taking iron for this with no difference. I am taking a
prescript of Levothyroxin for what the doc calls a under active
thyroid and am wondering if taking this is more of a problem than a
help. Can you tell me about hypothyroidism. I have been on this for
a several years and have considered taking kelp with iodine in
vegetarian tablets instead of the levothyroxin. What is this Armour
Thyroid that you are taking ? Just looking for some better info than
what my doctor is offering esp since I am not sure he is barking up
the right tree with my treatment. Thanks. Joseph

Hi Dudley and Everyone,
I was just wondering if anyone in this group had
any Cayce information on Minieres Desease. It is an
problem with the balence mechanism of the inner ear.
My Pastor has recently been diagnosed with it and
has been having attacks about once a week for the last
three months.
It causes extreme dizzyness and nausea (like you
can't believe), and lasts for hours each time. He is
such a fine man and he doesn't deserve to be going
through this.
The Docs tell him he just has to learn to live
with it and I know ther must be some Cayce info on it.
I will join the ARE if necessary (I probably
should anyway) but if anyone has had any experience
with this I would greatly appreciate help.
Thank you all and Thank you Dudley for this great

Dear Group,

there are any treatments that I can use to supplement my megadoses of Vitamin D
that I am currently doing to help this condition. (I am taking 100K IU dry vit

continue to put out too much PTH (Parathyroid hormone) until it is removed. I

Hi David,
Healing Touch is the name of my practice. However reflexology is very
effective -- just use the chart and massage the points on the bottom of the
feet
-- you can also use essential oils on those points --
Negative feedback is a description on how the endocrine system works -- when
one gland is low in hormones or minerals, another gland will produce more of
what it does to rebalance the system -- however when toxins get into the
system, they can wreak havoc with the endocrine system -- example: There are
four halogens: iodine, chlorine, fluorine, bromine -- iodine is the smallest,
lightest element/molecule. Iodine is a necessary element to make the endocine
system work. Nearly ALL of our flour products are made with brominated
flour -- we eat this and it gets into our system. Since it's the largest of
the
halogens, it bumps off the iodine molecule and replaces it with bromine --
not good -- most of us are iodine deficient.
Just one small example of how toxins are interfering with our endocrine
system,
julie

yes, I had experience c/ this about 10 yrs ago -- A friend was Dx'd with

months
and was fine -- you need to ck for this also,

Negative feedback is a description on how the endocrine system works -- when
one gland is low in hormones or minerals, another gland will produce more of

system, they can wreak havoc with the endocrine system -- example: There are
four halogens: iodine, chlorine, fluorine, bromine -- iodine is the smallest,

Thanks for posting the name of this disease Chuck. My mom has this problem
and her stupid doc keeps trying to tell her it's a "virus".

Hi Chuck,
Let me give you three options.
FIrst, you can join the A.R.E. and do a search on Meniere's disease in the
members area of their website. For more information, visit
http://www.edgarcayce.org
Second, you can purchase a copy of the readings on CD-ROM and do a search that
way. For more information, visit
http://tinyurl.com/fk9qt
Third, you can call the A.R.E. Clinic in Phoenix, Arizona, and get their advice.
The number is
602-955-0551
Hope that helps!
With best wishes,

Sir,
One thing I noticed with the Cayce readings is that it is not easy to
interpret and find method of application. However, I am trying to make
contact with the local ARE and explore this further.
Do you know of clinics and medical websites that specializes in Cayce
treatments other than ARE?
Thanks.

Hello Julie,
As far as saliva observations, before I found Spironolactone for my
Conn's, any candy placed in my mouth takes a very long time(about 1-2
hours) to melt. The family would make a game especially on long trips
by car and I will always come up the winner with the candy in my mouth
the longest. I felt it was weird and pretty sure there was something
to it but I just do not know what and why.
I noticed you are with Healing Touch massage, is that reflexology? I
got myself one of those Idiot's guide to Reflexology and I am trying
to learn something from it.
Yes I will try diet adjustments and hopefully can get professional
help in interpreting Cayce diet readings.
What is negative feedback? We also have that in electronics system.

I disagree -- I would recommend, cranial sacral therapy, Lymph Drainage
Therapy, Manual Neuro therapy, and Osteopathic cranial manipulations -- I have
worked on a friend that had a buzzing in her ear and the above work definitely
helped when nothing else worked..

Hi David,
I have been studying "Functional Endocrinology" for the past 4 yrs -- In my
studies, we have learned that our endocrine system works by a negative
feedback loop -- this is interrupted by the influence of xeno hormones in our
system from food and environmental toxins --
May I suggest that you consider hair analysis and a saliva test for adrenals
-- these are far more accurate than any medical test -- based on the
findings, you would change your diet using only organic food and whole food
supplements to re-regulate your endocrine system -- the best way to heal the
body is
from better food and whole food supplements -- given the opportunity, the
body can heal itself -- I would follow the writtings of Cayce regarding food
and meditation -- I suggest you find an alternative physician who can work
with you to reregulate your system.
Hope this helps,

Hi to all,
Is there a Cayce treatment specific for Primary Aldosteronism or

Hi Everyone,
In response to my postings about Low Dose Nalrexone (LDN) on an Internet chat
group, I recently received the following encouraging e-mail message from a
woman named Yvette whose MS was greatly helped by LDN:
Dudley,
I want to thank you for posting your info on LDN here. I started on it 2 nights
ago and I saw improvement the first day. My vision cleared the very next
morning. And today (day 2) I was able to spin my 2 yr old
daughter in circles for the first time in her life. It's her favorite game, and
usually when I try to spin her I fall over and need someone to help me get up
and then I spend the next 4 - 12 hours stuttering and
running into walls because my balance is gone. That didn't happen today.
I couldn't be more thrilled...sometimes it's the little things that matter most,
you know.
I started with the recommended 1.5 mg dose, so I really didn't expect it to have
any effect at all. About 30 min after I took the ldn, my left ear started to
buzz. It was so loud I thought there was a fly buzzing
around me (ear ringing is one of my symptoms) . I didn't sleep well that
night, my face was really itchy, and I had a couple weird dreams but I figured
it was all coincidence..I expected something to happen and so, it did.
But since I was able to spin a kid for the first time in 3 years, I have to
credit the LDN. I will be increasing to 3 mg tonight and see how it goes, then
up to the recommended 4.5 by the middle of next week.
Anyway, Dudley, the info on LDN would never have found me it it weren't
for your posts. Thank You.
Yvette
Hi Everyone,
It is often said, "There are no scientific studies regarding the
efficacy of Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) in the treatment of multiple
sclerosis." That statement is false.
The fact is, the very first randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind
study of LDN in the treatment of MS took place with 60 patients at the
Evers Neurological Clinic in Germany during 2004 and 2005.
Unfortunately, the study was flawed both in terms of LDN administration
time and dosage. Even so, definite benefit was observed in about a third
of study participants.
For a summary of the study results, visit
http://www.webspawner.com/users/germanldnstudy/index.html
With best wishes,
Dudley Delany
http://profiles.yahoo.com/dudley_delany
Hi Everyone,
The third annual conference on Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) is scheduled
for October 20th at Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tennessee. A
number of healthcare professionals will be presenting their experiences
using LDN in a clinical setting to treat cancer, Crohn's disease,
multiple sclerosis, and other diseases. For more information, visit
http://www.ldninfo.org/events.htm
This is a recently updated report listing various conditions for which
LDN may be of benefit:
http://www.digitalnaturopath.com/treat/T74481.html
One check next to the condition means LDN "may do some good," two checks
mean LDN is "likely to help," and three checks means LDN is "highly
recommended."
With best wishes,
Dudley Delany
