Hey Folks!
Edgar Cayce occasionally recommended vitamins and minerals for his
clients--and that was over sixty years ago, before the soil and the
food grown on it has become so woefully depleted. I believe, at the
present time, it is very difficult, if not impossible, to get all the
nutrition one needs just from food and drink alone.
That is why I currently recommend a hypoallergenic
multivitamin/mineral supplement called Vital Force. Only two tablets
with each meal provides at least the minimum daily requirement of
most of the known vitamins and minerals. It is iron-free, and
contains no yeast, gluten, dairy, sugar, etc. With the exception of
iodine (which is from kelp), all the minerals are amino acid chelates-
-for maximum absorbability. The price is quite reasonable, and it can
now be obtained at an additional 30% discount by clicking on the link
entitled "My Favorite Vitamin/Mineral Supplement" near the bottom of
my MS site at

In my opinion, the only drawback of Vital Force is that it
provides just 100 IU's of vitamin D daily (400 IU's is recommended). So there is
a link, "An Inexpensive Vitamin D Supplement," on the same page.
Check it out!
With best wishes,
