I would recommend Bowen treatment. It is very gentle and helps the body to
balance itself and heal.A friend of mine had similar to you and she is now
OK though she is still very careful with her back

Subject: [edgarcaycestreatments] Asking for suggestions please
OK, I have a problem too I'd love some suggestions. I've developed a bulging
disc in my back and it is very painful. I've shifted my body weight often to
feel less pain and it resulted in developing bursitis on both sides.
I am using tramadol and cortisone but this cant keep up and it isnt helping
as much as it did the first time I used it. I did start castor oil packs and
it does help alot but not 100% (yet). Im also using some yoga type exercises
to help strengthen the muscles surrounding it. I'm doing some
"visualization" of a perfect spine and spending time in prayer about my
attitude of prayerfulness.
The only other alternative is surgery--which isnt available to me I have NO
insurance, (plus I dont like that choice). I have to go back to work
tomorrow night and Im honestly scared I wont be able to make it the whole
night (and would lose my job, home. etc).
