Re: [edgarcaycestreatments] Some of this may be hard for all to read but, I am reaching out for help for me

Dear Melanie,
m so sorry to hear all youve been through. I do think many of us wait to
"remember" to ask for help for ourselves. You're just "good" people and you
think of others first :)
OK, as to a plan... I think Dudley is exactly right, start the castor oil packs
quickly! Some other suggestions;

1) Take one half  teaspoon of castor oil (by mouth) those same days that you use
the packs. I would say one teaspoon but you already have a problem with
absorption of food, one teaspoon may be too much for you.

2) Remember NO cold turkey coming off meds-tell the Dr that you want to
"titrate" down little by little. The shock of cold turkey withdrawl is too hard
on your body. Replace that with much smaller/less frequent doses of tramadol,
alternating with some type of herbal pain reliever ( be careful choosing which
one because your body absorbs quicker).

3) Talk to Dudley about a diet plan that might help make it easier on your
stomach/colon but also help detox from the drugs.

4) Some type of gentle, SMALL colonic to help detox too. Something natural,
making sure it wont irritate your problems.  I'd ask Dudley his suggestions on
what you might use.

5)  Remember when you use the packs to keep an attitude of "prayerfulness" to
help heal other karmic "reasons" for this. Seems to be suggested often in the
readings to hit more than one level at a time.

6) Let us know the time of day (and time zone) you will be using the packs and
praying. I will certainly keep you in my prayers asking for active loving change
in your life. Im sure other members here will too.
With many hugs,
Ramona
