Marilyn - I have used Inspirol on and off for years. No problem at all. For my
own allergies, I now use a tincture from HerbPharm, Nettles Blend. I was taking
it for reactions to foods, inflammations, and suddenly realized that I no longer
had allergies, the sneezing type from cats and pollen.
I write on a astrology medical forum and I just got this post about my colloidal
silver recommendation....

I have used Inspirol for nasal congestion and found it to be pretty
strong stuff.

If I had pneumonia, I would opt for steam inhalation to maintain my
airways and colloidal silver to treat the infection.

Colloidal silver can also be used in a nebularizer for inhalation
therapy, but that takes special equipment.
