Hi Everyone,
Someone just recently started taking LDN and, the next morning,
experienced headache and diarrhea. They asked me what the cause might be
and I replied as follows:
It is possible that your bout with headache and diarrhea is either
directly or indirectly related to LDN.
By directly related, I mean your body has a problem with the filler used
to compound the LDN, or the dosage is too high for you to tolerate, or
both. I assume you are starting with 4.5 mg. I suggest you start with
1.5 mg, increase it to 3 mg after one month, and then to 4.5 mg after
another month. If all you have is 4.5 mg capsules, have your doctor
write a prescription for 50 mg Naltrexone tablets and then make your own
LDN according to the instructions given here:

If he/she refuses, you can get 50 mg Naltrexone tablets without a
prescription from

Making your own LDN avoids filler-related problems and enables you to
adjust the dose as needed.
My experience with LDN leads me to believe that if you are ingesting
something to which you are allergic, the LDN will make you more aware of
your allergy with the type of strong reaction you experienced. Have you
taken the 96-Food Intolerance Test (also called the ELISA test)? You can
obtain a home administered test from

Whatever you do, don't give up on LDN. It really works!
With best wishes,
Dudley Delany
