Where would I begin to get rid of 40 or more tiny warts on my hands?
I have an appointment with a dermatologist in September but I am
wondering if there is something I can do since this is a virus.

My son has a large one on his hand. The doctor told him he could put duct tape
on it for 24 hours then take it off. Reappy the duct tape like this until the
wart is gone.

Hello All.
I am a new member and would like to share my family's story with
you. My parents and I discovered that had Eczema when I was twelve
years old. It began as a small dry patch my leg that quickly spread
over the rest of my body. My mother was aware of Eczema because her
younger sister was born with a severe case. As the years
progressed, and after several steroid shots for Alopecia, the Eczema
can now be monitored. They majority of my family suffers from
Eczema and it was not until six years ago that we started using
natural products to treat our condition.
My cousin gave birth six years ago to a beautiful, healthy baby
girl. After a few weeks she began to notice rough, dry patches on
her child. She tried various "baby-safe" OTC medications and they
did not work. A friend told her about DermaCort and Renew lotion.
They contain T36-C5 Melaleuca Oil which calms the dry irritated
skin. Within weeks she noticed a difference in her daughter's skin
and recommended the items to the rest of the family. We are all very
pleased with the products and enjoy sharing our testimony with
others. If you would like more information on the treatments that
continues to work for our family or any questions, please e-mail me
privately. meagan_papillon@...

tazorac can be irritating and some people can not use it at all.
dont use it until the redness is gone. see the dr. avage has a lower
percentage of tazorac mixed with moisturizer. that is an option.
also, you can vary the days of usage, to once every other day.

Title: M.D. replaces, supplements prescription drugs with natural
mangosteen extract

J. Frederic Templeman, M.D. : I have been using magosteen with my
patients for almost 18 months. At first, I used it as a fallback
product only when the regular medicines I prescribed proved
ineffectual. I now use mangosteen extract as a first line therapy in
a wide range of conditions because it ahs, in my experience, proven
to be more efficacious than the prescription medicine I used to
prescribe for many conditions. In addition, I now use mangosteen
extract as an adjunctive therapy in conditions ranging from arthritis
and fatigue to eczema and sleep disorders. (For a complete listing of
diseases referended see chart below)

After 20 years of practice, I am well aware that many conidtions are
unsatisfactorily treated with prescription drugs. Wherther doctors
are prepared to admit this to their patients or not, they know it to
be true. Because I am not a naturopath and well versed in the use of
a broad range of natural remedies, beofre manogsteen extract was
available, I had few alternatives to prescription drugs as far as
comlementary prescribing was concerned. I cannot express the relief I
feel as a physician, knowing there is a safe, efficacious, natural
alternative I can use in the conditions listed in the chart that
follows. In additoins, it may be helpful for those reading this piece
to have a list of some of the prescriptiosn and over-the-counter
drugs that I rarely use anymore because, in my opinion, the
mangosteen etract equals or outpreforms them.

My purpose in setting out these lists is to allow patients to
evaluate for themsleves whether pharmaceuticals or phytoceuticals
should be used to treat their conditions. The basic questions I ask
is this: "Why would anyone use a drug to otain some effect that can
be found in a food?"

Mangosteen is a food. It is found in a functional beverage that has
produced therapeutic effects in my patients (without the side effects
of drugs) that rival what drugs can do. Do not stop your medications
but add this mangosteen beverage to your meds. We have not seen food-
drug interactions with this product. When you have used mangosteen
for a reasonable period of time (1-2 months) go to your doctor and
tell him what you've experienced and ask him to redo blood tests,
etc., to determine what effect the mangosteen has had. Then, with his
collaboration, reduce or stop teh medications that mangosteen has
made unnecessary.

You'll be suprised at teh benefits mangosteen can provide in chronic
illness at doses of four to six ounces before meals ideally three
times daily. For prevention, once a day is adequate.

I use mangosteen extract as a first-line therapy in the following
conditions: (phew getting carpal tunnel ...LOL)

*gastro-esophageal reflux disease * recurrent urinary tract infec.
*acid dyspepsia or gastritis * diverticulitis (slow integ.)
*hiatal hernia * sleep disorders
*arthritis * allergic rhinitis
*fibromyalgia * neurodermatitis
*fatigue or low energy states * eczema
*mild depressionor dysthymia * seborrhea
*mild to moderate anxiety states * otitis externa
*mild to moderate asthma * on-arthritis muscle or joint
*irritable bowel disease pain

I use mangosteen extract as an adjunctive therapy in the following
conditions:

*rheumatic or connective tissue dis. * ulcerative colitis and crohns
*degenerative disc disease * cancer
*lupus * cardiovascular disease and
*chronic pain syndrome hypertension
*peripheral neuropathy * post-menopausal mood disorder
*migraine headache and PMS
*stomache and duodenal ulcers * viral infections
*diabetes * bacteria infections
*cystic fibrosis * fungal infections
*moderate to severe depression * hemorrhoids
*psoriasis * severe allergic reactions

In my opinion, the mangosteen extract equals or outpreforms the
following prescriptions and over-the-counter drugs:

*nexium, prevacid, aciphex * prozac, zoloft, paxil, lexapro
*zantec, pepcid, other H2 blockers other anti-depressants when
*allegra, zyrtec, claritin, other used for dysthymia or anxiety
antihistamins * vicodin, percocet, duragesic
*singulair patches, other narcotics
*prednisone * celebrex, vioxx, bextra,
*Lotrisone, topicort, cutivate, other naproxen, arthrotec, ibuprofen
  corticosteroids other anti-inflammatories
*Valium, xanax, other minor tranquil. * Ultram, talwin, other nonopiod
*Tegretol, neurontin, other anti- pain preperations
epileptic drugs when used for chronic* Midrin, Fioricet, Imitrex,
  pain Amerge, Maxalt, Zomig, other

Kat.... of course I understand what you are saying... This
particular Shea Butter ingredient is the ONLY thing I have
found, in all my experience, that is a HEAD TO TOE product..

Of course commercial manufacturers want us to think we
need to spend mass $$ for a 'different' product for EACH part
of our bodies..it is called profit...... simply NOT always TRUE!!!!

For severe flaking problems.. use the pure Shea Butter 2000..
just small amount on your finger tips and work into the areas
of your scalp.. morning and night... will do wonders for your
hair folicles too....

Your Skin is CRYING for relief.. I promise it will be the
BEST $7.75 you have spent in your life..... if not... tell me..
I will see that a credit is issued back... I'm THAT sure of
my words.

We do what we can to nurture and help one another.. I am
a VERY blessed person.. and if I can help ONE....
that is all I need. :o)

Go to http://www.biomax1.com/html/soap_more.htm We try
to ship same day. I like to recommend that people try BOTH
the lotion base (this is NOT soap.. it is solid lotion without water added)
AND the pure shea butter 2000... then they have both
products... the solid lotion for 'general' areas.. and the pure
shea butter for concentrated need.

If I can help more... our toll free number is below.. I am also
booked at Chicago on 8/7/04 to demo the product at a toiletries
convention.

Hello all,

I am a researcher from the University of Leeds and am interested in
the way in which people cope with acne. Having suffered from acne in
the past I am very aware of the serious psychological impact that
this condition can have. I believe that this research is very
important and I hope that it will be used to inform interventions in
the future.

If you are over the age of 16 and would like to take part in this
study then please go to http://www.psych.leeds.ac.uk/q/acne and
complete the online questionnaire. It should take you no more than 15
minutes.

If you have any questions about this research then please do not
hesitate to contact me.

Kind Regards,

Maria Day

I agree with Maria.... all these chemicals have totally different
reactions for EACH person and you so often make it WORSE...
go the 'NATURAL' route.. there ares REASONS we have been
given wonderful things on this Earth and in the Sea!!

I have had many people with similar situations...my father had
severe psoriasis and the reason I started research... and found that
the 100% unrefined Shea Butter.... (without any chemical invasion)... is very
very good and is known to clear up these
problems quickly. Thus we created our own shea butter solid
LOTION bars--my own recipe using about 35% pure shea..... just glide it across
your skin...it melts at skin temp and you will SEE the difference quickly. We
bring this Shea Butter directly from wonderful Village Women in Africa..

We have a kit where you can melt the lotion block simply in a pan on your
stovetop and pour
into mold containers provided... $24 makes the 10 bars (we retail the finished
bars for $18.50 each) and everyone you know... with ANY skin dryness will be
asking you for one. When you find something good... always always share.
That's the ripples we add in the waters of life. :o))

see http://www.biomax1.com/html/soap_more.htm about half way down the
page....shea butter lotion kit - it has
no colors or synthetic fragrances added. Mothers have even
told me it cleared the cradle cap on their babies.

Hi Karla,

I have gone through ur email. What i want to share with u is my own experience.

My name is maria aged 22 and i got eczema by birth( Atopic eczema). I always got
rough dry skin. I have consulted many doctors and they gave me medicines like
hydrocotisone, kanakort, Myasin, Betnovate creams, many sorts of lotions etc
etc. The result is that my case gets worst. then i switched to HERBS and now i
am far better then before and getting better day by day.

I have gone through pathtic years of sickness so based on my judgement i
recommend you not to go for clinical medications and doctors. The baby girl can
be fine if u go for the right medications. I analysed myself and now i am
concerned that skin problems are caused when ur internal system, is not well.
Blood of people like me conatins toxic elements, its mostly thick then normal
ones so u cannot be fine unless u get well internally.

Well i used some indian herbs that purifies blood and cleans ur internal system.
i took lot of water+ vitamin A and C.Its better if u give her carrot juice 2-3
times a day .It is rich in Vitamin A and Vitamin A cures skin diseases.

My skin is too rough and dry thats why i stopped using soaps ( talking baout
time when i was in worst eczema) and take bath with water only. so if ur baby
has dry skin then don't rub any soap no matter if its baby or medicated soaps.
just wash her with water nad then moisture her skin with either borage oil or
glycerine cream( i used glycerine cream). Avoid using any powders or lotions
especaiily that contains fragrances. be sure that ur baby clothes are of pure
cotton . say no to any polyster fiber dresses.

U can get good info from the website

http://www.shirleys-wellness-cafe.com

If u r interested in herbs then do write me back i will sent u info and the
names of herbs that i used to cure myself.

Plz feel free to ask any question bczo i am really concerned for that baby life
as i want her to be fine and well as sonm as possible (inshaallah) and not to
repeat those mistakes that i did.

Praying for ur daughter.

Wish her well

Maria

Hi Everyone:

I am new here. We adopted twin girls from Haiti over a year ago.
One has beautiful skin and the other one struggles with chronic
eczema. I feel like we need to treat this from the inside out. We
have put her on Flaxseed Oil and are now using Borage Oil Lotion.

Any advice? I am not convinced that this is a "skin" issue. I feel
like there is something wrong inside and with her being from Haiti,
it concerns me even more.

I read back on past posts and I saw one reply from Aunty and I have
spoken to her through emails and I appreciate her advice. I am also
looking for any suggestions anyone has for children with eczema
especially maybe kids from another country and issues that they may
have. We have been all over to numerous Doctors and they all want
to treat this with medications. I don't believe that this is the
answer for her. The ironic thing is that in Haiti, they bathed her
3 times a day with Oilatum soap and medicated her with Triderm
lotion for 4 days straight and then tapered off. Here, they say
DON'T bathe them often at all. But, it worked for her in Haiti. I
am open to any opinions that could help our teeney little girl.

Blessings
Karla

Assimilation and elimination
These are the two key stones of what makes us tick in fact Edgar
cayce said if we could control these aspects of the human form we
could extend life to whatever we chose, that's how important these
two principles are.

Assimilation is defined as the measure of the ability of any body to
utilize foods that we eat, some people think that having massive
doses of food will give them all that they need, they could not be
more wrong, it is all right shoving nutrition in but it is quite
another thing if the body can absorb it and use it in that form.

Typical assimilation rates might vary from 20% to 80% and nutrition
supplied in some forms will not be absorbed at all. That means out of
every 454 grams of food you might only absorb 20-80% of that

What happens to the food after you swallow it depends to a large
degree on the other three principles of your body namely circulation,
relaxation and elimination. Circulation is crucial if assimilation is
to maintained at high levels circulation is helped greatly by some
important factors;
exercise, especially cardiovascular apparently something like 50 or
so times as many blood vessels open up when exercising than just
sitting .WE have something like 60,000 miles of vessels mostly
capillary type so you can imagine the effect of increased blood flow
means
  massage,
  hydrotherapy treatments
and osteopathic adjustments
because the blood stream carries the rebuilding forces to the body
it is these channels which need to be clear and stimulated so that
the blood will flow to feed the cells and tissues.

Elimination
Every thing which your body does, every activity produces waste and
we get rid of that waste through the skin, the lungs, the kidneys and
the intestines. Major problems start to occur when any of these
important channels are stopped from doing their job, we start to
accumulate waste, bacteria start growing at alarming rates which
leads to all sorts of problems as we become toxic.
Imagine not cleaning up the kitchen very often –leaving waste –what
would happen ,your kitchen would become literally alive with all
sorts of creepy bacteria etc the same with our bodies .
The fact that poor elimination's are the most cited cause of disease
within the Edgar cayce research papers totaling over 14000 gives you
some idea just how important this aspect really is. It gives you an
idea of the importance of getting rid of toxins, rid of waste from
our bodies.

Some of the diseases which elimination problems either cause or play
a big and major part include.

Arthritis

So if you are suffering from any of these complaints it is highly
likely that you could be helped by increasing your bodies ability to
rid itself of toxins and wastes. It is as simple as that.
Phenomenal results have been obtained from increasing your
elimination's. Peoples lives have literally been turned around, we
have thousands of testimonials – just e mail me
and I will send you some .

OK so what can you do to boost those all important elimination's.
just like we wash each day to keep clean , occasionally we need to
have an internal bath too. These are called enemas and colonics,
cayce even said one should have a colonic every few months to stay in
tip top shape. I think it was john Wayne who when he died was
carrying over 40lbs of dead matter inside his insides.

Benefits
A Boosted immune system, Improved functioning of the digestive system
Increased hydration means improved concentration, Increased energy
levels, Improved sense of well being, Restful sleep

The benefits of detoxifying your body are both short and long term.
Immediately after detoxifying you might notice increased mental
awareness, more energy, more comfortable digestion of foods, and
better absorption of nutrients, as well as an overall feeling of
better health. Long-term benefits can be a reduction of chronic
illnesses
A gentle cleansing can benefit the body in many ways including
improved health, mental clarity, restful sleep and recharged
vitality. The emergence of your true inner beauty will become as
clear as your skin, eyes and shining hair.

It is not possible to use an enema as such, in people who have a
colostomy or ileostomy
one of the most vital elements in our bodies.
Most people are shocked to learn that the average person holds
between 5 and 10 pounds of putrefied faecal matter and other foul
material in the body.
The bowel walls become encrusted with un-eliminated faecal matter,
creating a "catch 22" situation. Not only does this toxic material
hamper the absorption of vital nutrients through the intestinal wall
and provide a breeding ground for unhealthy bacteria, but it also
causes the blood capillaries lining the intestinal wall to begin
absorbing these toxins into the bloodstream, consequently polluting
all of our organs

The UK is said to have the highest incidence of bowel cancer in the
world with about 20,000 new cases per year. One in three people
consulting their doctors have bowel problems, such as diverticulitis,
Colitis, Crohn's Disease, and Candida infections.
A major part of these problems will be due to neglected inner
hygiene.

Infants are a perfect example. Ask any mother for proof—a baby will
eat and immediately eliminate. Their new digestive systems have not
had time to develop the mal-absorption problems caused by improper
diet, environmental toxins and stress.

Faulty digestion and elimination develop in an individual through the
years of improper lifestyle and dietary habits.

According to Dr Bernard Jensen, the famous American naturopath, after
working with more than 350,000 patients over a 50-year span, not one
of them was free from some form of bowel disorder. He concluded that
all sick people have bowel problems and all sick people are tired and
toxin laden. Dr Jensens Guide to Better Bowel Care.

Medical autopsies have revealed that impacted waste and blockages to
parts of the bowel that usually have a diameter of up to 20cm, have
only a 1cm passage for the waste to pass through. It is not
surprising that the incidence of bowel disease and bowel cancer is on
the increase.

Michael Gearin-Tosh is a fellow of St Catherine's College in the
University of Oxford. He has famously achieved long-term survival
with myeloma, an aggressive cancer with an average survival of one
year.
Living Proof is his remarkable story, diagnosed with cancer when he
was fifty-four, Michael refused the immediate treatment consultants
urged him to undergo and embarked on his own quest to overcome the
illness. His quest led him to embarking in Gerson Therapy, of which
coffee enemas are a daily and integral part of his treatment. Many
years on he maintains a daily regime incorporating them, and has
remained in remission against overwhelming odds.

Michael Gearin-Tosh, the author of Living Proof (ISBN 0-7432-0680-0)
As I prescribe in my book Living Proof, coffee enemas have played a
crucial part in my survival. I recommend them strongly and, contrary
to what you may think, they are not disagreeable. They are soothing
and invigorating."

Lymph massage
Better lymph movement. Lymph is a milky white fluid that drains
impurities and waste away from the tissue cells. A component of these
wastes is toxins which are the by-products of metabolism. So, it is a
vital to our health. Muscular contraction has a pumping effect that
moves lymph. Massage and exercise help to move lymph.

Lymph massage technique developed by Danish medical doctor E. Vodder
and his wife in 1932. Vodder, who also discovered and developed a new
branch of medicine called Lymphology, created this method primarily
to treat patients with swollen necks or limbs due to poor lymph flow.
He applied a series of particular rhythmic, light strokes along the
lymphatic vessels and surrounding tissues to help the flow of lymph
toward the heart thus reduce swelling in the affected area.

Fasting is one of the best methods of getting rid of toxins, but this
too requires similar supervision when it is undertaken for more than
a day or two. Supplementation with nutrients, especially sodium-
ascorbate

Regular emptying of the bowels is an all-important element in the
treatment of toxicity. Diet changes may be needed to improve the
function of the bowel. In addition massage movements to the abdomen
and in particular to the colon will reduce constipation and in so
doing speed up the elimination of toxins. Digestion is also improved
with the massage and with this the metabolism of nutrients and
antioxidants which are needed to neutralise the toxicity. Further
assistance is provided by the transportation of lymphocytes and
phagocytes which takes place with the enhanced blood circulation and
lymph flow.

Improving the liver function
A major function of the liver is to destroy worn-out blood cells,
bacteria and toxic substances. It also removes drugs like penicillin,
ampicillin, erythromycin and sulfonamides. The liver is said to be a
semi-solid organ which is encased by a fibrous capsule. As it is
largely protected by the rib cage direct manipulation is limited to
its lower borders. The organ is however influenced by external
pressures such as those exerted by the diaphragm from above, an
adjoining viscerus or indeed that of palpation. With the squeezing
massage movement described here sufficient pressure is exerted
through the tissues to influence its circulation. Massage can also
assist the portal circulation to the liver through the hepatic portal
vein. It also increases the oxygenated blood supply to the liver via
the hepatic artery. Circulation is also enhanced along the lobes of
the liver, the central and hepatic veins, and to the superior vena
cava. Secretion of bile is augmented to some extent by the advanced
blood flow and by the mechanical pressure of the technique.

In extreme cases of toxemia cayce recommended a controlled fast or a
three-day apple diet to clear the system and restore balance. That is
for three days eat nothing but apples johnathon s ,oregon reds and
the like and on the third day 2 teaspoons of olive oil .
I have done it and many others reports indicate feelings of euphoria
in many people.

A great deal of elimination takes place through the lungs by means
of deep breathing and cayce placed great emphasis on this aspect
recommending some of the breathing techniques as used in yoga.

Of course exercise pays a very important role here driving out wastes
into the lungs and speeding up circulation, helping digestion,
helping elimination of wastes through the skin.
Cayce used certain foods to help elimination such as leafy vegetables
and in the mornings or evenings stewed figs, raisons, apricots or
pears occasionally.

Circulation
Just impeding the flow to the brain for a few minutes will cause
permanent brain damage such is the importance of good circulation.
The blood feeds our cells our tissues, the better the circulation the
better we feel .For all the bodies rebuilding forces come through
quicker with good circulation. Not only does the blood carry the so
important chemicals, which feed our cells, but also the lymphatic
system carries away our wastes. Exercise helps circulation in a big
way as does massage hydrotherapy, osteopathy and other manipulative
therapies.
The cayce detox
Recommended in hundreds of readings was the cayce detox, the
elimination process was found to be poor in thousands of people and
the subsequent build up of toxins and poisons was found in hundreds
of people. The cayce detox was to help rid the body of these wastes.
As the lay person can easily appreciate the situation in your very
own kitchen if you did not clean up after every meal, bacteria would
have a great time multiplying and contaminating places every where.
So many thousands of people have been helped greatly by helping the
body get rid of waste the importance of this action cannot be
overestimated.
Cayce prescribed the three day apple diet where for three days you
would eat nothing but apples of the sheep nosed type preferably
organic types like Johnathons, Delicious, Oregon reds, Arkansas black
and water. At the end of the third day a two spoons full of olive oil
was taken.

The success that people described having done this regime was
uplifting, revitalizing, feeling great, an euphoric feeling, greater
mental clarity and physically more energy. It is one of the most
effective ways of preventing disease. In fact cayce said that it
would cleanse all toxic forces from any body. According to Harold
reillys book he himself tried to detox three times a year.
Massage
Frequently prescribed by cayce in hundreds of readings, massage has
been used for thousands of years with extremely good effects, some of
the benefits are increased circulation, increased elimination. It can
provide relaxation or stimulation depending on how it is given it can
help with emotionally affected people and children have developed
better from its use it will help with depression and a hundred more
complaints. It affects every part of the body –nerves organs, glands,
circulation and muscular tone. Massage will help all people and cayce
advised having one from thirtyminutes to an hour and a half-using
cold pressed peanut and olive oil at least once a week. It can free
up joints, relieve pain and soreness.

Cayce often said that the person giving the massage have some
affinity with the patient. It can also build bridges of brotherly or
sisterly love between people. Children with major behavioral problems
have shown marked improvements in their behavior. Cayce said those
who would take a peanut oil rub each week need never fear arthritis.

Other means of increasing elimination's are utilising osteopathic
adjustments but you will need a specialist to do this in the main but
this is one of the best methods apparently.

Many times cayce said that adjustments were necessary as the ganglia
feeding organs had somehow become impeded and needed to be adjusted ,
this caused pain and slowing circulation .
Hydrotherapy is another method used to aid eliminations through the
skin and takes the form as a sweat bath with certain chemicals added
to the vapor.

I get a slight burning sensation from the tea tree oil, but it isn't bothersome.
Some of it may be that after 40+ years of dealing with the itching of eczema, a
little burning is a welcome change.

Frankly, this sounds like another attempt to take advantage of a desperate group
of people and market a common substance at inflated prices. I buy pure Tea Tree
Oil at the local Trader Joe's store for $5.99/ounce. It has excellent antiseptic
qualities and can be helpful for some types of eczema.

Here is a testemomial from one of our friends we thought you would
   enjoy......

Beret and I had a very emotional experience last night and we want to
   share it.

The phone rang about 10:30 p.m. I answered and heard a man who was
   trying very
hard to control his voice say, "Raleigh, this is
Agustin. Man, I can't say enough ... thank you so much." At that
   point he broke
down and cried for several minutes.

Tears immediately welled up in my eyes, and I, too, was trying to
   control
myself; but at least I knew it was good news. Think
about how my loving and supportive Beret felt. I managed to convey
   nonverbally
that things were fine. It was incredibly moving.

The couple's two-year old daughter has been suffering and miserable
   most of her
short life: nothing doctors or others prescribed or
did has helped. Her little body was almost covered with eczema and
   many of the
   sores bleed.

Saturday, Feb 9, 2002, they received their Melaleuca order, which
   included a
Gold Bar, Renew Problem Skin Lotion and
Renew Bath Oil. When they called us Monday night (the third day of
   using
   the products
as we had suggested), the bleeding had stopped and all of the "welts"
   had
   subsided. Julia,
the mother said, "My daughter has never slept so well. God bless you."
   Agustin came
back on the phone and all he could say over and over was, "Thank you.
   God bless
   you."

We received the thanks of a grateful family, and that is powerful and
   wonderful.
   But we
really didn't do anything. They had enough belief in what strangers
   told them
   about the
superb Melaleuca products that they tried them on their precious
   daughter.
   Perhaps they
were desperate, but they tried them and therein lay the difference.
   Melaleuca
   deserves the
credit for the outstanding products and the family for being open
   enough to use
   them.

Our life is charmed because of rich Melaleuca experiences such as
   this.

   told them
   about the
superb Melaleuca products that they tried them on their precious
   daughter.
   Perhaps they
were desperate, but they tried them and therein lay the difference.
   Melaleuca
   deserves the
credit for the outstanding products and the family for being open
   enough to use
   them.

Our life is charmed because of rich Melaleuca experiences such as
   this.

Melaleuca
deserves the
credit for the outstanding products and the family for being open
enough to use
them.

Our life is charmed because of rich Melaleuca experiences such as
this.

Hi Veronica.... well I understand what you are saying.. I have
family members with the same problems and one reason I
started all this..

You will love this learning process... Here is what I recommend
to begin.. this is how I start others.... keep it simple and grow
in knowledge etc....

I have a soap 'base'... which you just melt in the microwave and pour into
containers and then pop out and use..... leave out
any fragrance etc so that you can use the 'bare' product.. you can later add
some essential oils... and see if they help you more... but you need to get
started with BASIC first. Then you
can add colors etc... but first learn what the base does for you
so that if scent or color causes problems.. you will know that
THAT is what causes you problems. You can get 6 pounds
of the soap base for $18.. in clear and white mix to make your soaps.. use
any tupperware container.. even loaf and just slice your soaps.

Then I also have my own base of a shea lotion.. which comes
in solid form...enough to make 10 bars for $24... I have mixed the ingredients
for you and all you
must do is melt in a pan and pour into the molds. Your entire
family will LOVE what you make...

And we can then talk about other ways to make certain shapes
and use gliltz etc. if you want to be more festive etc etc.

These products can be ordered at
http://www.biomax1.com/html/soap_more.htm
and you can see pictures and get more ideas.

Let me know if I can help further. After you get started with this
and understand the various properties... we take you further to
create from scratch... but there are chemical reaction issues to learn
then....like using raw lye etc etc.

Think like baking a cake... to learn .. use a base 'mix'... then
when you know how and enjoy... bake the cake from scratch.
Understand?

Hi my name is Veronica and I was reading your response to Myra and I was
intrigued to know that you make your own hygeine products. Can you teach me how
to make these products for myself?. I too have severe skin problems (steriod
induced) and I need to use the mildest of everything on my skin. I look foward
to hearing from you, and would appreciate any help. Thanks for sharing the
wealth for health "pass it on".

P Smith/BioMax <psmith@...> wrote:Myra.... oh Goodness Girl.. you
should NOT have to be
going thru this....

I make my own natural soaps and bath products.. the BEST cleansing and
moisturizing
agents.. I have seen over and over people with skin problems,
mostly caused by the chemicals everywhere bombarding us..and causing allegies
etc etc.....
and by using the natural soaps... these problems are cleared up and skin
problems disappear leaving your face and body to look and feel wonderful....
AND SOFT.

the 'soaps' in the commercial markets are stripped of the
natural moisturizers--- because they are sold off to the lotion
companies-- and you end up with a bar of DETERGENT to use
on your skin.... which is the largest ORGAN of our bodies...

Email me private at psmith@... and I will send you
some products..including some all natural pure shea butter, my gift no
charge.... and you will find ways then to help others too. This is how we 'pay
forward'... nurturing each other.... :o))
