Subject: Re: [eczemapsoriasis] Winter dermatitis on hands
hi
I have tried so many things, spent so much money and nothing seems to work
externally. Tho I have found that "Camocare" lotion/cream is "soothing".
I take fish oil, flax oil, vitamin E, vitamin A, Zinc, and probiotics.
I too am in the northwest and we're still having "winter". My hands have just
gotten worse in the last week. The Camocare seems to be the only thing that's
soothing, but not a "cure".
Went to the Dr (on everyone else's urging) and she diagnosed what I had already
known as "eczema", and prescribed steroids. I declined and am pursuing a more
natural route. If I get really desperate, I might use the steroids, but am aware
of the long term side effects and rebound issues.
Good luck!

I live in the northwest. I prefer not to wear gloves as its not cold
enough.
I get winter dry skin, specifically itchy, slightly bumpy red areas on
my fingers.
Moisturizers don't seem to work. Can anyone recommend a product that
has worked for them?
Thanks
