Listen to the advice it's all correct.
I've suffered with eczema for about 10 years, off and on. Mostly on. Ranging
from 40-80% of my body affected. Presently after removing dairy, soy, wheat and
including probiotics and occasional applecider vinegar (1/2 strength applecider
vinegar with mother -a cloudy pulp- and water apply to itchy areas at night
after shower - stings a little (feels good - like scratching) smells awful, but
it's just blissful! A little olive oil for moisture in the morning. A couple
of nights of that, plus keeping well hydrated and avoiding "rash foods". I've
been practically eczema free. Why not "free" because occasionally I get
stressed, or eat a "rash food" or take a sip of soda or use a irritating
soap/product on my skin or hair. But the rash does not last or become dry and
blistered. In fact it lasts maybe 24 hours at most and I apply applecider
vinegar to calm the itch. This is a perfect trade from those horrible nights
and painful days. It is definitly worth giving up the "rash foods".
God bless, God speed (since eczema is long suffering)

I am getting simpler, but can't quit the coffee, tea or sugar thing yet and this
is a real problem for me, I know.

hands and arms and occasionally my legs to all over my body. Right now, i am
covered (maybe 80-90% of my body) by a low grade rash. It itches, I had to use
over the counter steroids and I am having a hell of a time.

I just tried another one. But I am also reacting to something in my diet in a
BIG way that I hadn't been before.

then put two cupsfull into a hot bath and soaking...very sweaty - very
relaxing. Epsom Salts is magnesium and helps a lot. I also swam in the sea
when ever possible.

stress" because it is not that easy. However you can be very kind to yourself.
I found that when I was really itching all over and could not sleep one Valium
now and again to get some rest was probably a good thing as i awoke refreshed.

point when I used the strongest possible cortisone cream just ONCE and it was
excellent for removing the heat form the rash and in fact it was a turning
point. After that I did the Natural therapies and the juices etc . I also
studied the Eat For Your Blood Type Diet (Get the book from Amazon) which at
first i thought was nonsense but as I got worse I decided to give it a go.
My Blood type 0 positive the book said was intolerant of all wheat products and
dairy = and gluten ...I felt so good when it began to work that I gladly gave
up the yummy toast dripping with butter etc.I am completely cured now and do not
have a single patch of rough skin ! In fact although I am 75 I get many
compliments on my smooth golden tanned skin. ... and I lead a "normal" life
eating most things in moderation.
