Hi -
This is a question for John - what did this "neutral diet" of yours look like?
I am getting simpler, but can't quit the coffee, tea or sugar thing yet and this
is a real problem for me, I know.
I have been having the WORST outbreak of my life - this has now gone from my
hands and arms and occasionally my legs to all over my body. Right now, i am
covered (maybe 80-90% of my body) by a low grade rash. It itches, I had to use
over the counter steroids and I am having a hell of a time.
One of my lotions was a problem - but that's not it. It may be soap as well, I
just tried another one. But I am also reacting to something in my diet in a BIG
way that I hadn't been before.
Friday, I went in for a series of blood-based allergy tests. I am waiting to
find out what I'm bothered by, but I think it's a list of lot of things.
Any suggestions, help, advice, etc. for this one? I have never experienced
anything so bad and I still have a lot of work to get done in the coming days.
I'm not sure what the next steps are.
Keith

then put two cupsfull into a hot bath and soaking...very sweaty - very
relaxing. Epsom Salts is magnesium and helps a lot. I also swam in the sea
when ever possible.

stress" because it is not that easy. However you can be very kind to yourself.
I found that when I was really itching all over and could not sleep one Valium
now and again to get some rest was probably a good thing as i awoke refreshed.

when I used the strongest possible cortisone cream just ONCE and it was
excellent for removing the heat form the rash and in fact it was a turning
point. After that I did the Natural therapies and the juices etc . I also
studied the Eat For Your Blood Type Diet (Get the book from Amazon) which at
first i thought was nonsense but as I got worse I decided to give it a go.
My Blood type 0 positive the book said was intolerant of all wheat products and
dairy = and gluten ...I felt so good when it began to work that I gladly gave
up the yummy toast dripping with butter etc.I am completely cured now and do not
have a single patch of rough skin ! In fact although I am 75 I get many
compliments on my smooth golden tanned skin. ... and I lead a "normal" life
eating most things in moderation.
