Re: Chemical additives in skincare

I use the cosmeticsdatabase.com website a lot. It rates a ton of
products and a ton of companies. I also have a website called
www.thinkoforganics.com that has an ingredients list on it. If you
scroll over to the ingredients tab, there is a 29 page list of
everyday chemicals, and what products they can be found in, and what
toxic effects on the body are

I started researching this about 12 months ago and was blown away
with what I found! Chemicals in products such as fragrance,
colorants, preservatives and parabens can be especially irritable and
toxic to the skin and body. And they are just the top of the
iceberg. The USA does very little to regulate what companies use in
their personal care products.

I am a rep with Miessence Organics now and just love their products.
They are USDA certified organic to food standards. Very, very, very
nice skincare line. With no chemical nasties!
