Advice on where to start: Psoriasis   Message List

I have had psoriasis since I was 12 years old, and I will be 32 this
year. I have it on my scalp, my ears, my elbows (4-5 inches on each
elbow, my worst area), and under my breasts. I have tried creams and
steroids intermittently but they just don't work.

Recently my eyes have been opened to the world of natural remedies. I
know that something in my body is imbalanced somewhere, and I know
that my weight and my psoriasis are both a result of this, but as we
all know doctors like to cure the symptoms and not the cause.

In the past month or so, I have started breaking out in places I never
did before: my armpits, my legs, my arms, and my face. I started using
tea tree oil topically and it seemed to be slowly working. I used up
the whole bottle and need to go get some more. Summertime is coming. I
want to stop it, and I want to do it naturally, but I don't know where
to start. Can you please offer me some advice. I would love to do a
cleanse and change my diet, but I don't even know where to begin.
Thanks in advance!
