I highly recomend using dead sea salt in your bath. ?Start running the bath
water by using the hottest water to melt the salts and then adding enough cold
water to the bath to make it comfortable?for you to be able to?get in to.? Soak
in it for 20 minutes and after about 5minutes into the?bath start to?gently rub
the dead skin off of the affected areas you will be amazed at what comes off!?
When I get out of the tub I rub the areas some more with my towel and remove
even more dead skin.? Then you can add you topical prescription and go to bed,
you will be amazed in the morning at the improvement.? Do the salt baths about 3
times a week for several weeks.?You can go on line to order the dea sea salts
they are sold by the "KILO" I buy the biggest bag I think it is 11 kilos and it
last me a really long time, you might want to start smaller to try it and see if
you like it.? I also like to use virgin coconut oil as a moisturizer and am a
big fan of UVB, my daughter also has psoriasis and had a 2 year remission after
her uvb treatments!
