11:27 amSubject: [eczemapsoriasis] Hi everyone!Just have to say that I am 95%
eczema free on my hands. No longer do I have to wear gloves because of
embarrasment. I want to post my experience from time to time because this is
something I DO NOT WANT even my worse enemies would have to go through. I have
always had skin problems since I was a child. I am 34 now. It all started right
after my father's death in 2003 gradually. I am sure the stress contributed to
it so anyway my hands started to weep I mean it was never ending. First water
bubbles of whatever you wanna call them started to appear and then dries out
then the pain of cracked (DEEP) skin. So like most people I went to the doctor
and he prescribed a steroid cream - FABULOUS it disappeared but a week or so
later it came back stronger and more painful and do not forget the ITCH!! There
were nights I wanted to kill myself or just cut my hands off - I am not talking
about just one hand - this is both up to the tip of my fingers I had cracked - I
was even scared to be intimate with my boyfriend at the time. I was so
embarrassed. I didn't even feel attractive. I just wanted to hide from the whole
world. It took its toll on my social life. Thank God I worked in an office where
I am not exposed to other people and my co-workers knew what I was going through
and I work for a small company so it made it easier but there were days I just
didn't even want to go to work. So again I tried going to a dermatologist. I was
in the verge of tears telling him to please help me!!! He looked at me like I
was crazy and told me.....there is no cure and there is nothing I can do for
you. He looked at me like I lost my marbles. So out of desperation I spent
sleepless nights on the computer doing my own research. I was hopeless but I was
smart enough not to fall for crazy treatments but I have read alot of other
things that made sense. First, I did the cleansing and eating organic then I
tried taking supergreens with probiotics and low and behold a week later my
hands cleared but it came back but not as bad and it kept happening until it
became less and less this happened about in a year or more....I was patient. T o
make the long story short....probiotics saved my life from being a hopeless
patient crying his heart out to his doctor and giving me no hope. Today, I am
gloveless. The sad part of this horrible disease is that it is different for
everyone. This is what worked for me but I just want people to hear my story to
give hope to everyone....our body can heal itself just be patient......natural
healing takes time. It is not a quick fix like steroid cream that eventually
destroys and ravages your body. What I went through was painful believe me. I
used to cry looking at people who had normal skin and said why me?? I just tried
to keep positive. I do believe having a positive attitude will make a big
differenceWebsites:
