supergreen plus probiotics - i used in-liven - this is kinda pricey about 50
bucks a bottle that lasted a month
or you can use mercola.com for probiotics - this is a great product coz
unlike in-liven it doesnt need refrigeration so great for travelling but what
worked for me might not work for you - again i am not a salesperson for these
products so nobody shoot me! and people have said bad things about mercola but
without these type of doctors we wouldnt look outside the box nor would i ever
healed myself so as crazy as some of their ideas are - take what u want from it
and do what works for u
