Re: [eczemapsoriasis] Re: Apple Cider Vinegar

Thanks for the Apple Cidre Vinegar idea. I have started today - so far it
stings a lot but I do not mind ! stinging is better than itching!
I have been given Diprosone 0V 30g which I think at 3% is one
of the trongest one can get. However I am a bit nervous about Cortezone as one
hears terrible things! any advice? It sounds like a long haul. best wishes
to all of us. JAN

RECOMMENDED.

I just wanted to say that following the suggestion on this site of using
organic apple-cider vinegar, I started to use it neat (undiluted) as a
surface application. For information, I should explain that I had been
suffering with eczema since about the year 2000. The diagnosis had been
confirmed by both the doctor (physician) and the dermatologist. I didn't
bother with their treatments however. I am a 60-year old male and I am also
a vegan. Prior to reading this, I had already been applying oil of evening
primrose, which had also appeared to have been helping and I had been taking
yellow saffron tea and slippery elm bark powder (as recommended by Edgar
Cayce), which seemed to have stabilised it, but failed to clear it. I had
also been taking two tablespoons of flax-seed oil per day, which whilst it
brought about a general overall improvement in my skin, had not cleared the
eczema.

After starting the vinegar treatment, the results were rather rapid. The
skin started to stop flaking, the scaliness started to fade away, as did the
itchiness and the slight swelling. Within a month there had been a
significant improvement, which was most welcome after so many years! I
continued with the treatment until today, partly out of fear of its return
and partly because their remains a slight discolouration to the area. I
have today decided to stop the treatment, but will be carefully monitoring
it to check for any deterioration.

I hope this helps others who may consider adopting this tretment as well.
