Subject: Re: [eczemapsoriasis] Enbrel?
I was on Enbrel for almost five years, it did a beautiful job until the end
where my immune system became too compromised because of the anti-immune
properties of the drug. I was in a sorry state, severe bloating (I looked
like Jerry Lewis on Prednisone), small squamous cell cancers (18 biopsies, 7
positives), the worst flare-up in my life, erosion of both my upper duodenal
and lower esophageal tracts due to a compromised gut, continuous diarrhea,
... After a $25,000 bill from Mayo and with probiotics I'm back on the
right track. I wouldn't touch another anti-immune drug with a 10 foot
pole. But that's not to say that it would be OK for you if used for a
shorter time period.
