Gout Spondylitis Psoriatic Arthritis psoriasis, give a bloke a break
Gout was bad enough the big toe or elbow, but when spondylitis (lower
back) kicked in l thought it couldn't get worse. How wrong l was for
when the psoriatic arthritis started, to be put down would have been
a cheerful option. It hit me mostly in shoulder, not to mention
buttocks etc, hard to walk let alone breathe. Pains were constant and
then add the psoriasis the blasted itch… Life wasn't worth living.
For a few years now since doing a simple thing like changing my diet
l haven't looked back. Being pain, itch etc free is absolutely
blissful.
Learn for yourselves it's so easy, l myself know that if l eat for
example cornflakes, or tomatoes you can bet the old pain will be
back. Just by avoiding those foods for a week you can put to test
what l am saying.
