It's seems as you have to take responsibility for yourself, only you can control
what goes in your mouth. This group eczemapsoriasis is a great one for support
Also if you wish go to http://groups.msn.com/PsoriasisIsAvoidable you will
find in left column New Diet with a list of safe foods. The results really
depend on the effort you make to stick to Diet (as a can of soft drink is enough
to make it flare up). Wishing you all the best Stirling Strauss

Hey!
I'm a 19-years-old boy and have been suffering from Psoriasis for
about 7 or 8 years. I've seen a few dermatologists and each one
recommended me a natural diet. Unfortunately, my parents are not
supporting me the way they should. My eating habbits have never been
worst... I eat lots of junk food and so called "natural" juices. I
realise I must change my diet now, before it's too late but with no
support it's almost impossible. Maybe I should talk to a
psichologist... I must make up a plan to help myself change for the
better. Or maybe autosugestion would be more efficient... Who
knows?...
