The Dr Clark liver cleanse is by far the best. Follow her protocol to the
letter. If you suspect you have large stones, try using malic (apple) acid and
gold coin grass for several weeks before your cleanse. They help to break up and
soften stones and make them easier to pass during the cleanse.

Hello,
Has anyone tried a liver cleanse??
I have the recipe for a liver cleanse but i was
wondering if there are any ready made kits out there
and if anyone recommends any specific one.
Also, if you could tell me what your experience has
been with the liver cleanse and if you saw any effect
on your skin and acne..
thanks much.
