we've stopped using foam bite blocks because we noticed pieces of foam separate during TEE. Potential chocking hazard. We use plastic ones from Olympus. Andre

I don't know your distributors but we get the white bite blocks (E-Z blocks) from Caligor. if you look on line it is _www.caligor.com_ ...
